Shows & Auditions
StageAbility’s shows are open to everyone! You don’t need to come to our weekly classes and you don’t need to have loads of experience. We welcome new performers to perform alongside those with more experience and love to see new performers move up ‘through the ranks’ over the years as their skills develop.
We stage two big productions each year, which usually involve 30-40 children. The first production is our spring musical which takes place in May. Over the years we have performed Annie, Alice in Wonderland, Beauty and the Beast, High School Musical, Into The Woods, Seussical and Shrek.
The second big production of the year is our pantomime which takes place on the first weekend of December. Past productions have included Aladdin, Cinderella, Robin Hood, Snow White and Peter Pan.
They are great fun to be involved with and being part of a cast teaches the children so much. Auditions are always announced on our Facebook and Instagram pages and our email list is notified too, so as long as you sign up somewhere, you will get to know about the forthcoming auditions!
Rehearsals are usually on Sundays and in school holidays.
